Send a short brief describing your project and we'll respond to schedule a scoping conversation. You don't need a finished specification to start; a problem statement and a rough sense of timeline is enough.

What to include in your brief

A useful brief covers three things: what you're trying to build, what's already in place, and where the friction is. If you have existing code, designs, or a legacy system involved, mention that. If AI is part of the picture, say so.

The more concrete the problem, the faster the conversation becomes useful. You don't need a slide deck — two paragraphs and a bullet list of unknowns is more than enough to start.

The product
What you're building and who uses it. A web platform, an internal tool, a mobile app for iOS and Android, or an AI feature layered onto something you already run.
What exists
Code, designs, a legacy system, a data set, or nothing at all yet. Naming the starting point tells us whether this is a build, a redesign, or a careful extension of something live.
Where it hurts
The friction you want removed: slow releases, a confusing interface, manual work that should be automated, or a decision about where AI genuinely helps.
Timing
A rough sense of when you want something in front of real users. An honest guess is more useful than a precise one nobody believes.

Not sure how to describe the problem? Send what you have. We'd rather ask two clarifying questions than have you prepare a document nobody reads.

Send your project brief

Use the form for project briefs, partnership questions, press inquiries, or job-related notes. A clear subject line helps us route your message to the right person on a small team.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] and mention whether the brief is a new build, an extension of existing software, or an AI question.

Time-sensitive? Say so in the first line. If a deadline is real, it changes how we sequence the first reply and which questions we ask up front.

Privacy. We use what you send to reply and to scope the work. Details on how we handle it are in our Privacy Policy.

A few paragraphs is plenty. Links to anything already built are welcome.

We typically reply within a few business days. Sensitive project? Mention it in the brief.

What happens after you send it

We read every brief and respond to schedule a call. That call is about understanding the problem, not pitching. The steps below are how a first conversation usually runs.

  1. We read the brief

Every message reaches a person who works on the kind of problem you described. If something in the brief is unclear, we'll ask before we suggest a call, so the first conversation isn't spent filling gaps.

  2. We schedule a scoping call

Usually 30 to 45 minutes with the people who'd actually do the work. We'll talk through the problem, the constraints, and the options — custom software, a mobile app, an AI component, or a UX/UI pass on something already running.

  3. We propose a first increment

If there's a fit, we'll suggest a small first piece of work with a clear scope and a defined outcome, so you can evaluate how we operate before committing to something larger.

  4. If it isn't a fit, we say so

Not every project is one we should take. When the timing, the budget, or the technical shape points elsewhere, we'll tell you that directly and, where we can, point you toward the kind of team that fits better.

Start with the problem you have today

Whether it's a new custom software build, a mobile app, an AI solution, or a UX/UI review of something already shipped, the first step is the same: tell us what you're trying to solve and we'll take it from there.
